Valentine Sports Park, the home of Football NSW, recently hosted the 2019 Asia-Oceania Regional Female CP Football Camp in what were five amazing days that consisted of training sessions, strength and conditioning workshops and game day analysis.

The camp was run by a host of coaches with Pararoos head coach Kai Lammert and Pararoos Manager Aarif Alhadromi leading the way alongside Football NSW’s Game Development Officer for Community Charlotte Ercil.

There were also coaching appearances from Capital Football’s Kelly Stirton and GHFA’s Tim Palmer while former Westfields Matildas Di Alagich and Kim Schaefer also took part in the training camp.

Pararoos stars Taj Lynch and Ben Sutton were keen observers along with Pararoos recruiter Nick D’Amore.

D’Amore in particular played a key role in mentoring both the players and coaches throughout the camp. He along with Kai Lammert, Tim Palmer and Kylie Garratt also went through analysis breakdowns on each of the players.

Seventeen girls aged between 13 and 45 from regional and metro NSW as well as Tasmania and Western Australia all converged together at Valentine Sports Park where they were put through their training paces.
